THE ARK OF SAFETY
Apostle Dr. Bertha Brown is the loving wife of Apostle Darryl Brown. Together they are the founders and overseers of “The Ark of Safety International Ministries” located in Baton Rouge, LA. Dr. Brown is also the founder of The School of the Prophets and The Place of Refuge Training Center, a safe haven where those that are thirsty can come to drink, be healed, delivered and set free. God operates through Dr. Brown to express his declaration of divine and eternal will for man-kind.

Dr. Brown was called into ministry in 1985 and remains steadfast and unmovable in the work of the Lord. Moreover, she is equipped and graced by God to wage war on the enemy. She has served as the National President of the Evangelistic Department with WLCM for several years, Chaplain of the Women of Glow Ministries, and President of “Now Faith Prayer Warriors. God has allowed her to travel near and far to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ, including our native country, Southeast Africa.
For her great perseverance against the wiles of the enemy, including her achievement in receiving her Doctoral Degree in Theological Studies on December 15, 2005 from Free-Spirit Bible Training Center, Dr. Brown has also received numerous awards.
Nevertheless, the ministry that God has placed on the inside of her and the great impartation that she has to offer to the Body of Christ is for the end-time fulfilling of the will of God. She is more than apt to teach, preach and impart the spiritual things of God in the way He desires them to be done. All things must be done decent and in order.

The purpose of this Church is to glorify God by obeying the Great Commandments (Matthew 22:36-40) and the Great Commission (Mathew 28:18-20). The spiritual and natural purpose is to produce disciples of Jesus Christ which involves:

Worshiping and serving God to fulfill the Great Commission of Jesus Christ as set forth in Matthew 28:18-20.
Ministering to the needs of the members and others.
Doing any and all things related to and in connection with the carrying out of the object and purpose herein above set forth.
